Walking for Palestine

Date: October 11th
Time: 10:00am (estimated 2 hours)
Place: Meet us outside Marshside Primary School

Southport Friends of Palestine will be raising money for Al Tafawk Children’s Center in Jenin, West Bank whilst enjoying the RSPB site in Marshside.

All the residents of Jenin Refugee camp in the north of the West Bank were expelled from their homes in January 2025 and hundreds of children are now living out in the open countryside. The Center is run by refugees and is currently providing around 70 children with water, food and a place to play for a few hours each day, providing a lifeline for these little ones.

Please make a donation here and join us.

Put on your walking shoes (there may be some parts of the walk that are muddy) and bring a bottle of water and wear your Palestine t-shirts and keffiyehs. Linda will guide our walk, estimated to last about 2 hours.
